| Thank you for logging out of your account. Why logoff? Because a malicious administrator can become you, but not at our site! Because even using HTTPS/SSL (a secure session) your last URL variables will be left over from your previous HTTPS/SSL session and will be passed to the next site you visit. If you do not logoff, there is a good chance that you will unknowingly be providing the first web site you visit vital information about your previous transactions. If the next web server is operated by some sort of malicious administrator or someone is packet sniffing your connection, you will be giving them the tools to go back into the secure session you just left and act as you. Oops! This is why you must remember to use the logout feature at every site where your personal information is recorded. Note: Don't worry about our site as much. We we can't tell you everything we do but we intentionally don't pass personal information between our pages solely to defeat hackers from stealing your session. Beside we have also given you an encrypted key, that only you have, in the form of a 'cookie' on your computer's hard drive that tells us that it is you and only you! |
