select data from left, unless you can't find it in our database! Use
the Dropdown Listboxes on the Left side of the Form to select
the audited Pilot, Videographer, Make, Model, Location,
Event, and Type.

To Add
New Data to our database enter it in the 'Textbox' on the right-hand
side! Only
enter data on the right side of the Form if you
cannot find it in the Dropdown Listboxes and it will add the new
Pilot, Make, Etc. to our known information.

Select
'Unknown' for fields you couldn't find or that don't pertain to this
video.

Select
the Type of video: Flight, Safety, Training, or Building.

Enter
the 'Event' date e.g. January 1, 2008! Rather have
the date of the Flight e.g. 9/14/2008. Only know the Year?
Enter January 1, and the year, don't worry it doesn't matter as long as
there is a Full date e.g. 1/1/1965 for 1965.

Enter
a Description for the video

or Enter the full YouTube link and Click the Test
button. It's a correct link if a YouTube Viewer is
displayed. Don 't see a Viewer after pressing the Test button can only
mean it not a valid YouTube Video link!
